“Working with Meg has been one of the best decisions we have made for our business, SimpleGreenSmoothies.com. We engage with our 300,000+ community members about health and wellness and have been looking for a holistic nutritionist to parter with on a special project. We wanted someone who had the same love of green smoothies, understood a busy mom’s lifestyle, and could really make healthy eating seem doable and fun! She developed the most delicious recipes and meal plans for us that our friends, families and fans rave about. The best part is Meg really knows her stuff when it comes to nourishing your body with real, whole food. She knows the nutrition facts, how to optimize your healthy lifestyle, and makes it really easy to understand so you don’t get lost or overwhelmed in the kitchen. We love working with Meg so much that we invited her to be our resident nutritionist hosting seasonal cleanses with us and our community!” ~ Jadah Sellner & Jen Hansard // Simple Green Smoothies
“I was researching a nutritionist to work with to design a menu for the retreat I was launching in Bali. I came across Meg and was totally impressed on many levels.
Meg’s approach to food and nutrition and the whole foods principle was exactly what I was looking for.
From the first point of contact through to completion of the job, Meg handled everything extremely professionally. Meg had lots of great suggestions and really thought about the whole scope of the project and what would translate well into the climate and the retreat program.
All of the dishes are absolutely delicious!
I would highly recommend Meg for menu planning and recipe development and will definitely work with her again in the future.” Georgie White, Ocean Soul Retreat
“Meg is a highly knowledgeable, professional and approachable naturopath. I first saw her to discuss improving my general health and fertility (I have poly-cystic ovaries). I fell pregnant within the first two months of “trying” and Meg supported my health and wellbeing throughout my pregnancy and beyond. She has been a wealth of information regarding introducing solids for our daughter and helping us with ensuring a nutritious and healthy lifestyle for our family. Meg is an absolutely delightful person and I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to create a more healthy and balanced lifestyle.” Elsie
“I have had digestive problems for as long as I can remember. Going to the bathroom was very non-existent and after exhausting all avenues (getting tested for intolerances, gastroscopy/colonoscopy) and spending a lot of money I thought I would give Naturopathy a go. I was introduced to Meg through word of mouth, I emailed her listing my symptoms, what I had already tried doing and thinking she wouldn’t have the answers surprised me and said there were still loads of things we could try and so we got to work! I started taking some specially made herbs and just after one week I noticed a HUGE difference. Slowly, I got my body in to a routine that Meg had prescribed and now, although not completely off the herbs, my body has learnt to do things on it’s own and I feel much happier not having to deal with 24/7 bloating! Thank you Meg!” Kylie
“I originally saw Meg because I had irregular periods and wanted to start trying to conceive our first baby. Meg recommended a number of vitamins, supplements and regimes that I started following and I was amazed when my following cycle was a perfect 28 day cycle and the one after that I was pregnant. The same thing happened when trying for our second baby – one month after getting in contact with Meg again and following her advice I was once again pregnant. I have so much trust in Meg’s abilities that I even took my daughter to her when she was picking up lots of ear infections and colds. Once again since following the suggestions that Meg recommended my daughter seems stronger and more robust. I have every faith in Meg and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her.” Jenna
“After many months of feeling ‘down and low’, my doctor recommended that I go on anti-depressants. Feeling that they were not right for me, and wanting to seek an alternative, I decided to book in a consultation with Meg. From my very first visit, I have found discussing my health very easy with Meg. I have always found her to be genuinely interested in my overall wellbeing and that she will help me to achieve optimal health in any way that she can. Meg has worked with me to develop my very own nutritional plan! Through a combination of lifestyle changes, dietary changes, and supplements, I have felt such a positive change, thanks Meg!” M.M
“Meg is the naturopath that I refer my friends, family and clients to. She is knowledgeable and kind, and you certainly feel the difference in health and energy after heeding her advice.”
“Hi, I am fifty years old and have been suffering with constipation and bloating for many years. I was sick of relying on laxatives which didn’t really help. My problems did not disappear, I would be okay for a few weeks and then back the constipation would come. Increasing the dose was scary and sometimes it would cause the opposite result and I would be running to the toilet.
I finally decided I needed to do something and wanted to fix my problems once and for all. I went to see Meg and wow, I have never looked back. Meg prescribed some herbs and helped me to establish a morning routine. The difference was a amazing, I felt fantastic! Meg gave me a recipe for a fibre mix, which is really yummy and I can sprinkle this on cereal. That was about eight months ago and today I am as regular as clock work. Meg was so natural to talk to, and dealt with my problems in a caring but professional way.”
